By downloading or using PhotoSwipe, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

Andy Chung grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use PhotoSwipe on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may stop providing the app or any feature at any time.

No warranty

PhotoSwipe is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Andy Chung is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
